- What can we all do to form an intergenerational community blind to our differences--a community that supports one another?

Transformational and Synergistic Communities
How about these ideas?
A specific model to facilitate such binding connections
Laura, more specifically I feel that collaborative frameworks that cross-connect traditionally siloed sectors of the community to better bind them and integrate diversity are important. This paper I wrote details such a model, perhaps you can let me know if it has the potential to achieve your vision of integrated and intergenerational community?
Its written with a focus on corporate citizenship but the same design can facilitate collaborations between parties, sectors, and organizations. So if people can embrace the values I talk about and follow the design I describe (see diagrams) they might find it easier to get there. A culture like the one you wish for could result.
Thanks!
