Wow--I am so bummed that I am too old to compete for the Miss Cleveland award! 

Requirements

These are the requirements to become part of our Ambassador program:

1. Have been a Miss Cleveland Queen and/or Princess for at least three years.

2. You must complete the Ambassador application and pay a reduced application fee of $150 and apply by September 30th. Eligibility for the Ambassador program will close on that date.

3. Have completed at least 15 hours of community service outside the Miss Cleveland program during the period August 1st to December 31st of the year preceding the year in which you will serve as an Ambassador (for example, August 1 to December 31. 2006 for the 2007 program year.)

4. Submit the following by December 31st:

A. A completed form verifying community service hours.
B. an essay on “What has made me a good Ambassador for the City of Cleveland”, Maximum words: Miss Cleveland Pre-Teen Division – about 150; Miss Cleveland Teen Division – about 300; Miss Cleveland Division - about 400.( for the three older divisions only)
C. A black and white wallet size recent head shot of yourself.

5. Participate in the annual Competition in the following ways:

A. Perform talent routines and participate in the evening gown presentation,
B. Make oral presentation of and submit essay to Competition judges, and
C. Submit community service verification form to Competition judges.

6. Must be 3 to 22 years of age and a resident of Cuyahoga County.

7. Sign contract covering their Ambassador functions and responsibilities for the program year
