It is clear that the location of the I-90 Bridge and trench and exits there from are related to the development by the Port Authority and Stark and by the Port Authority and Wolstein. This section of analysis of this issue addresses Wolstein.  This rendering of the proposed Wolstein project says it all - a completely inappropriate concept and design set in a wasteland - this image is from the Green City Blue Lake site - David Beach endorses the project - no concerns for historic property - here's his take: "I think environmentalists should be more supportive of good developments in good locations. We need good development to improve our communities." He also points out ODOT is helping with the Wolstein project - the Port Authority is pretty much running the project.
